Nicole is originally from the southwest of France, the land of truffles and foie gras, where good food is an essential part of life. While raising her children and pursuing her career, Nicole did not abandon this important part of her heritage. She adapted recipes and developed methods to prepare entire meals in 30 minutes or less. Using only the freshest ingredients, flavors and spices from all over the world, her meals are not only a feast for the senses; they are also good for your health. Of course she has not abandoned the pleasure of cooking traditional meals from her native land and enjoys taking on the lengthy preparation of stews and classic dishes such as Cassoulet, Coquilles Saint Jacques or Bourguignon whenever she can.
